Bring, and watch for
- Check the rules where you fly. Airspace, people nearby and flying after dark are restricted in many places.
- Land before it gets dark. Visibility drops quickly in the blue hour.
- Keep spare batteries charged and warm.
Two questions
Can I fly after sunset?
Many places do not allow it, or ask for extra equipment or permission. Check with your local authority before you go.
How early should I set up?
Early. The leave-at time includes a margin. Use it for checks and a test hover.
